  1. A full replacement of all products is guaranteed such as, flowers, plants, fruit baskets and or any other related items as long as the complaint is phoned, faxed or emailed to the local florist within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. The product must available for us to pick up or the product must be returned to the local florist shop. The local Florist contact information is on the enclosure card envelope.
  2. Please understand we are dealing with a perishable product and special moments therefore complaints are resolved within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours they are considered on a case-by-case basis only for up to 5 days after the delivery date. We cannot consider complaints made more than 5 days after the delivery date.
  3. We cannot guarantee timely delivery if:
    1. We are given a wrong address.
    2. We are given the wrong apartment or suite number.
    3. We are given a wrong recipient phone number or if we were not given the recipient's phone number.
    4. If the recipient is not at the given delivery address at the time of requested delivery.
  4. We do not give specific times of delivery; we need a 3-8 hour window unless special rearrangements were made by phone or email at the time the order is placed.
    1. A delivery attempt notice is left on the front door knob asking for a phone call to set up a re-delivery time convenient to all.
    2. If no one I home we will attempt to find a neighbor within a few houses of the address to leave the delivery with. If the delivery is left with a neighbor a tag is left on the fort door knob with the address where the delivery was left with a request that we are to be phoned to confirm receipt. We will also phone the recipient and will leave a message if they have an answering device or voice mail.
  5. Flowers are perishable and their viability is subject to the correct handling by the recipient. We are not responsible for mishandling knowingly or unknowingly of the delivered flower or its upkeep. Mishandling voids all guarantees; this determination is at our discretion.
